Aloha- Day 2

Michael had meetings most of the day on Thursday, Day 2, but as soon as he finished we were off to the beach. (Elliott and I had a lot fun during they day showing ourselves around Honolulu in our rental car and going to the crazy monster Ala Moana Shopping Center. ) We took a very little walk from our hotel and we were there on the beach with all the crowds. Waikiki is definitely quite touristy and crowded, but we still enjoyed it. We were the whitest and pastiest in the bunch!

We took the port-a-crib to see if Elliott would take a nap, but he would have none of that. He wanted action and sand!

Elliott had so much fun in the waves. He couldn't stop laughing and kicking!

We tried out some Cheeseburger in Paradise, which was highly recommended by Dad. It was great and the view over the beach was even better. Afterall, it was paradise!

Sunset on Waikiki beach is absolutely gorgeous, and of course the pictures don't come close to capturing it. After dinner we walked and walked and walked along the beach. Gorgeous!
