Isabel has been playing piano for about a year and a half. She has begun playing with two hands and her teacher suggested that she attend an adjudicated piano recital this year. In these festivals she is graded by a panel of piano teachers and performers based upon her skill level. She performed at the entry level and she received excellent ratings for her form and dynamics.
I was very surprised - it is an intense experience to have a whole room of people watch you play - knowing you are being graded. She did extremely well. We are so proud of her.
